About Me

Hello! My name is Tori Robinson. I am a self taught artist and aspiring children’s book author and illustrator. I was inspired by the bond between my nephew, Easton and his Golden Retriever, Piper, to write a heartfelt story that reflects their everlasting friendship. The title of my book/project is “I’ll Always Be There.” It is a children’s book highlighting the everlasting love between a dog and a child. This book shows readers that animals are not just our pets, but our family. They stick by our side through thick and thin. They love us no matter what. This story truly captures the bond between a pet and their person, showing the long life journey they go on with each other. The book was 100% written and illustrated by me using my iPad Pro and the app Procreate. I will be using bookbaby.com to self publish my book. It will be available for purchase in the near future, so please keep a look out for updates on my Instagram account: @ toe.lynn
Thank you for viewing my project and thank you to all of my family and friends for your continued love and support.

What is one piece of advice you would provide to new ATEC students?

Remember to have fun. It can be overwhelming. Try to find your element and learn new things. Do not be afraid to ask lots of questions.

What will you miss most about UTD after graduation?

My professors and their classes.
